The Western Australian Cricket Association ground, commonly known as the WACA, is located in East Perth. Primarily used to stage domestic and international cricket, the ground also hosted West Coast and Fremantle matches between 1987 and 2000. The chief attraction of the ground was the ability to stage night games, as light towers were not built at Subiaco Oval until 1997.
