(28th Eagles player)
Defender Tayla Bresland played eight games for West Coast after being acquired from Fremantle ahead of the club's second AFLW season.
Fremantle career[]
A member of the Dockers' inaugural squad, Bresland played 17 games in her first three seasons with Fremantle but was unable to break into the side in 2020.
West Coast career[]
Bresland joined West Coast in August 2020, in exchange for a fourth-round pick in the 2020 draft. She was a mainstay in the Eagles' backline for the first half of the 2021 season, before injuring her hamstring in a win over Gold Coast. With the arrival of Evie Gooch and Charlie Thomas and the return of Ashton Hill, Bresland added just three more games in 2022, and announced her retirement at the end of the season.
