West Coast career[]
Duckworth was drafted in the 1999 rookie draft after some decent performances for West Perth. He spent two years on the rookie list, but his only appearance in Eagles colours came in a pre-season game against Essendon.
Post-AFL career[]
Duckworth went on to win a premiership with West Perth in 2003 and also won the Falcons' best and fairest in 2005, before retiring from the WAFL in 2006. He continued playing with junior club Kulin-Kondinin, topping the Eastern District Football League's goalkicking award in 2018 at the ripe old age of 40.[1]
