(48th Eagles player)
Tigers product Sasha Goranova joined West Coast ahead of the club's fourth season.
Claremont career[]
Initially overlooked in the draft after representing Western Australia in the 2019 under-18 competition, Goranova was a train-on player for West Coast in 2021 and was close to a surprise debut when she was named as an emergency.
West Coast career[]
After a wooden-spoon season in the summer of 2022, West Coast was granted the ability to sign four mature-age players. Goranova was snapped up along with her Claremont captain and close friend Ella Smith. She played every game in her first season, mostly in the backline. Goranova added another five games in 2023 before she suffered a ruptured ACL against GWS, requiring a reconstruction.
