Jurien Bay product Sam Hobbs joined West Coast's standalone reserves side for its inaugural season.
West Coast career[]
Hobbs played colts for Perth in 2017 before spending the following year with his junior club, Jurien Bay, in the Central Midlands-Coastal Football League.
He signed with the new standalone Eagles side ahead of the 2019 season, and was allocated the number 65 guernsey.[1] Hobbs made just one appearance for the WAFL side in 2019, in a thrashing at the hands of Subiaco. He remained in the squad in 2021 but although he was included in the emergencies a number of times, did not appear at senior level.
