Port Adelaide put the final dagger through the Eagles' horror 2001 season, not to mention the coaching career of Ken Judge, with a dominant display at Football Park. The Power led by triple figures at the final change and despite giving up four goals in the last term, extended their lead to record their biggest win since joining the AFL. Ben Cousins amassed 39 possessions and Mark Merenda picked up 28 but West Coast had few winners as they bowed out in 14th place, their worst ever finish. Judge was sacked just days later.
