From the papers[]

The Age[]

"After Josh Kennedy kicked the game's first goal, the Bombers settled and piled on four consecutive majors in seven minutes and opened up an 18-point lead.

Paddy Ryder was matching Nic Naitanui in athleticism and run and Jason Winderlich and David Zaharakis were running amok.

But the game changed quickly. Almost as quickly as Daniel Kerr got foot to ball in a stoppage to goal from 35 metres and the margin was back to 12 points.

The Eagles had managed to set-up players behind the ball, which resulted in nine of the last 10 inside 50s of the term, plus a goal to Jack Darling and a quarter-time margin to the Dons of just three points."
