On a windy and rainy night, West Coast marked the 10th anniversary reunion of its 1994 premiership side with a narrow win over their Grand Final opponents. In a scrappy defensive affair, Geelong pushed hard late but were unable to bridge the gap. Chris Judd dominated with 28 possessions and a goal, with Chad Fletcher (27 disposals, 1 goal) giving him great assistance.
