Victorian ruck Liz McGrath joined West Coast ahead of the 2025 season.
Port Adelaide and North Melbourne career[]
Having played for Williamstown and North Melbourne at VFLW level, McGrath was signed to Port Adelaide's inaugural side in 2022. She played three games for the Power but was delisted at the end of the year.
Picked up by North Melbourne as a delisted free agent, she spent two years with the Kangaroos but was unable to break into the senior side.
West Coast career[]
Having missed out on North's 2024 premiership, McGrath was targeted by West Coast to provide support to young rucks Sarah Lakay and Lauren Wakfer, and was traded in exchange for a swap of picks.
