(Reserves player)
Donnybrook (Sth West FL) 2017-2018
Toodyay product Kieran Hug joined West Coast's standalone reserves side after a stint in the South West.
West Coast career[]
Hug graduated from Perth's colts program in 2012 and played 25 senior games and 44 reserves games for the Demons between 2013 and 2016. He spent the next two years with Donnybrook in the South West Football League, winning the league's Coaches' Player of the Year award in 2017.[1]
Hug signed with the new standalone Eagles side ahead of the 2019 season,[2] and played ten games throughout the season, generally as a pressuring small forward. He played 14 games in 2021, and was the Eagles' reserves' best and fairest and equal-leading goalscorer.
Hug returned to Perth ahead of the 2022 season along with Jordan Busher, part of a player swap between the Lathlain co-tenants.[3]
