Beanpole ruckman Josh Edwards played 18 games after joining West Coast's standalone reserves side for its third season.
West Coast career[]
Edwards split his 2021 season between Peel's colts and reserves sides. He crossed to West Coast's WAFL side ahead of the 2022 season and made nine senior appearances, leading the side in hitouts. He played another nine games in 2023, with his selection chances depending on the availability of AFL-listed rucks such as Callum Jamieson and Harry Barnett. With the Eagles adding more rucks such as Matt Flynn and Coen Livingstone ahead of the 2024 season, Edwards switched to Perth.
