East Perth product Jordyn Baker joined West Coast as an academy selection ahead of the 2023 season.
West Coast career[]
A member of West Coast's Next Generation Academy, Bkaer was added to the Eagles' squad as a Category B rookie alongside Tyrell Dewar. On being drafted, he was described as an athletic wingman boasting speed and defensive pressure.[1]
After a delayed start to the 2023 season, Baker spent the year in the WAFL side, generally coming off half-back. He was one of the reserves' best-performed players in 2024, an important presence in the backline, but was not called up for a senior debut and was delisted at the end of the season.
