Former colts coach Gavin Bell is a long-time development coach at West Coast.

Playing careerEdit

Bell played 32 games for West Perth in the mid-90s, including the Falcons' 1995 premiership.

Coaching careerEdit

Bell coached the Falcons' colts for three years before being appointed as head coach of the WA under-16 side in October 2007. He was appointed as a development coach at West Coast early in 2008, replacing Peter Worsfold who was promoted to development manager. He has remained with the club through to the 2017 season, during which time he has become the head of player development.
