As the AFLW squad flew out to Melbourne for a packed upcoming schedule, the club named Octavia Di Donato to make her debut against the Bulldogs, at the expense of last week's debutant Jayme Harken.
Thursday 12 September[]
West Coast overcame the Bulldogs in a scrappy but high-pressure contest at Western Oval. The Eagles were slow out of the blocks again but hit the front in the second term and were able to hold the home side at bay, with a late goal by the debutant Di Donato sealing the win. Ella Roberts and veteran Alison Drennan both starred with 25 possessions and a goal.

Mikayla Western received a fine for striking opponent Elisabeth Georgiostathis.
Port Adelaide won a thrilling semi-final over Hawthorn to move into the preliminary finals.

West Coast named Evie Gooch and Verity Simmons to return to the side, replacing injured pair Sasha Goranova (hamstring) and Abbygail Bushby (adductor). The club also published an injury report, with Goranova out for up to three weeks and Sophie McDonald unavailable with a wrist injury, having finally come out of concussion protocols.
Tuesday 17 September[]
West Coast defeated Collingwood to record consecutive wins for the first time in club history. The Eagles started slowly, conceding the first two goals, but kicked the next five while holding Collingwood scoreless over the second and third terms. Drennan had a game-high 25 possessions and Jess Hosking kicked two goals.
