West Coast announced that premiership player and former Adelaide senior coach Don Pyke would take over as CEO in 2024, replacing long-time chief executive Trevor Nisbett.

Veteran Jess Sedunary announced her retirement after 35 games in six seasons, including 14 games for West Coast.

West Coast named Aimee Schmidt to replace fellow forward Kate Bartlett (omitted) as the only change from the side that lost to Western Bulldogs.

West Coast's season ended with a fighting loss to Adelaide. In oppressive heat, the Eagles briefly took the lead during the second term only for Adelaide to click into gear and rattle off five quick goals. The home side continued to fight and narrowed the margin to 13 points in the final term before a couple of late goals extended the final margin to 26. Kellie Gibson kicked two goals in her 50th AFLW appearance.
