Wednesday 24 November[]

West Coast added Victorian prospect Campbell Chesser as the national draft got underway. The Eagles started the night with a top-ten pick but ended up selecting Chesser at pick 14, following earlier father-son picks and a trade with Port Adelaide to slide two spots back in return for an improved 2022 hand.

Thursday 25 November[]

As the draft continued, West Coast went local, picking up Peel's Brady Hough, Swan Districts defender Rhett Bazzo and East Fremantle key forward Jack Williams, before trading a future fourth-rounder to Port Adelaide for one last pick to get mature-age Subiaco midfielder Greg Clark.

Friday 26 November[]

West Coast passed on its only rookie draft pick, leaving a spot open for the supplementary signing period.

The club confirmed an off-field restructure, with Craig Vozzo moving from football general manager to a role with the executive as corporate counsel, and his role replaced by both Gavin Bell (football manager) and Ben Sharman (football operations manager). They also announced that Jacob Brennan had been appointed as a development coach.
