Originally from Alice Springs, David Regan spent one season on West Coast's list but did not play a senior game.

Essendon career[]

Regan was drafted by Essendon from East Ballarat, in the Ballarat Football League in country Victoria. After three seasons playing for the Bombers' under-19s side he was traded to West Coast for a late pick.

West Coast career[]

Regan spent the 1992 season with East Perth, and was delisted midway through the year in order for the club to draft Damian Hampson in the mid-season draft.

Post-AFL career[]

Regan bobbed up in the WAFL as a member of Peel's inaugural squad in 1997, and played three games for the Thunder.
