Hailing from Chapman Valley, near Geraldton, Brad Dick was a mercurial forward who battled constant injuries in his time at Collingwood and West Coast.

Collingwood career[]

Drafted from East Fremantle in 2006, Dick played 27 games for Collingwood in five seasons. His best season was in 2009, where Dick kicked 22 goals in 16 games including a five-goal haul against Melbourne on the Queen's Birthday. For the remainder of his time in black and white he battled serious knee and shoulder injuries.

West Coast career[]

Delisted by Collingwood at the end of 2011, Dick trained with Fremantle during the pre-season but was picked up by West Coast in the latter stages of the rookie draft. He had a late start to 2012, coming through East Fremantle's reserves, but by the end of the season he had kicked 27 goals from 11 league games with the Sharks, which was enough for West Coast to promote him to the senior list for 2013.

After another delayed start through the WAFL reserves Dick began to build up some form, culminating in a remarkable 8-goal haul against West Perth. Unfortunately a hamstring injury ruined the second half of his season and at the end of the year, frustrated by his constant run of injuries, Dick announced he was retiring from AFL football.

Post-AFL career[]

Dick signed with Southern Districts for the 2013-14 Northern Territory Football League season. He played country football in Victoria before signing with Goldfields side Kalgoorlie City for 2017.[1]
