(58th Eagles player)
East Fremantle skipper Ashleigh Gomes was signed as an injury replacement player on the eve of AFLW Season Seven.
West Coast career[]
A decorated player with the Sharks, Gomes won her club's best and fairest in 2022 and finished equal second (with Ella Smith) in the Dhara Kerr Medal. She was signed as an injury replacement after Shanae Davison suffered an ACL injury in the pre-season. Gomes made her AFLW debut late in the season, playing the final two games.
