Former Docker Ashlee Atkins was signed ahead of the Eagles' entry into the AFLW competition.
Fremantle career[]
After a lengthy state career with East Fremantle, Atkins joined Fremantle for the second AFLW season, playing 13 games and kicking six goals in her two years at the Dockers.[1]
West Coast career[]
Atkins was one of a number of Dockers signed by West Coast in April 2019 during the AFLW's exchange period. Playing generally as a forward, she had a solid first season with the Eagles, finishing equal third in the club's Best and Fairest. Atkins again played every game in her second season and finished top ten in the club champion count. She played eight of a possible ten games in 2022, but was delisted at the end of the season.
Gold Coast career[]
Atkins was quickly snapped up by Gold Coast as a delisted free agent. She played five games in one season with the Suns before announcing her retirement.
