Andrew Fisher joined West Coast's standalone reserves side after a sustained run of success at amateur side Kingsley.
West Coast career[]
Fisher made two appearances for Swan Districts reserves in 2011, before winning four consecutive WAAFL grade best and fairest awards while playing with Kingsley.[1]
Fisher was named as one of the first six signings for West Coast's standalone reserves side, with the club describing him as a prolific midfielder.[2] He was named in the side's leadership group under inaugural captain Fraser McInnes and was a mainstay in the backline throughout the season, playing 19 games.
Perth career[]
With West Coast not fielding a reserves side in 2020 due to the impact of the coronavirus pandemic, Fisher transferred to Perth along with McInnes and Brady Grey, with the trio and Chris Masten playing a role in the Demons making their first finals appearance in more than two decades. He played 40 games for Perth over three seasons, and spent 2023 with York before returning to Kingsley.
