From the papers[]
The West Australian[]
"When Georgia Gee kicked the opener of the final term the Bombers looked the more confident side especially forward of centre.
West Coast were desperate to hit back and found it through pace to give Dalgleish her second goal to keep their hopes alive.
Gibson then regained the lead for the Eagles when she ran into an open goal to set up a massive finish.
Essendon pushed all the way to the end, with Gee winning a vital contest to set up Alexander for the extraordinary finish and hand the Eagles their first defeat of the season."[1]
