2022 AFLW offseason

West Coast had a busy offseason resulting in nearly half the list being turned over. Retirees included Parris Laurie, Courtney Guard and Ashton Hill, while the club also found new homes during the trade period for Mikayla Bowen, the Kelly sisters and Amber Ward, with Maddy Collier joining expansion side Sydney. The Eagles added some players with previous AFLW experience including Crows premiership player Jess Sedunary and Melbourne's Krstel Petrevski, and were able to pick the cream of the West Australian draft crop, headlined by budding superstar Ella Roberts.
