2006-07 offseason

In the aftermath of the 2006 premiership, West Coast concentrated on cutting out some dead wood and finding new homes for out-of-favour talls Michael Gardiner and Andrew McDougall. At the draft the club went tall, with most picks spent on key position prospects including first-rounder Mitch Brown and local prospect Eric MacKenzie.
